Requirements

  • Holds a university degree in business administration or a related field (a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)
  • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role
  • Is recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information effectively
  • Stands out for curiosity, a continuous desire to learn, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Demonstrates strong autonomy as well as excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in French, as the role involves daily verbal (phone, videoconference) and written (emails) communication with unilingual French-speaking colleagues and clients
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves daily verbal (phone, videoconference) and written (emails) communication with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and clients

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service by email and phone to answer questions related to contracts across the various distribution networks
  • Analyzing and processing new agent contract applications, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information
  • Analyzing, assessing, and processing requests related to transfers and financial compensation evaluations, in accordance with established business rules and compensation scales
  • Recommending approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, in line with province-specific requirements
  • Entering, updating, and monitoring contract and license information in the designated administrative system
  • Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentorship, participation in special projects, etc.)
