About The Position

As a Contract Lifecycle Management Lead, Sr. Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience

Responsibilities

Leading the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology solutions to optimize client operations
Analyzing client needs and configuring systems to align with strategic objectives
Managing project timelines and deliverables to drive successful software implementations
Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project plans
Directing teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in uncertain situations
Developing and delivering training sessions to enhance client utilization of business applications
Promoting the adoption of digital strategies and innovative technologies within client environments
