The Contract Facilities Assistant will report directly to the Manager, Real Estate & Workplace Service. This role will hold a number of responsibilities within the Sunnyvale, CA office and working working up to 30 hours a week. Primary role includes maintaining overall appearances of the office environment and surrounding grounds, supporting office moves, adds or changes and completing JIRA service tickets as assigned for the Sunnyvale campus. Additionally, the Facilities Assistant will assess and consider daily 1) the safety of our employees, 2) the security of our assets 3) the service to our employees and 4) the aesthetics of our buildings. Partners with the Office Manager with all day-to-day functions.
