Contract Courier/Driver - Richmond
About The Position
GO2 Delivery is seeking professional Independent Contract Couriers to perform time-sensitive medical deliveries in the Richmond, VA area. This role offers evening opportunities, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays, for individuals looking to earn consistent supplemental income. The work involves picking up and delivering STAT medical items such as specimens and pharmaceuticals, as well as completing pharmacy route deliveries on a structured evening schedule. Contractors will operate as self-employed Independent Contractors (1099) using their own small to mid-size vehicles and must maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Age: 23 or older (insurance requirement)
- Driver's License: Valid; no DUIs in last 10 years; max 2 infractions
- Auto Insurance: Commercial policy — $100K/$300K liability, max $5,000 deductible
- Background Check: Must pass criminal background screening
- Appearance: Professional presentation required by our clients
