Discovery Senior Living is seeking an experienced Contract Coordinator to support the Legal Department in managing the full contract lifecycle across the enterprise. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contract intake, coordination, review (under attorney supervision), execution, archiving, and lifecycle tracking. The Contract Coordinator will administer and support the Company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, maintain contract templates and repositories, manage renewals, and support enterprise-level contract initiatives including due diligence for strategic transactions. The ideal candidate brings strong contract management experience, hands-on CLM expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with attorneys and business stakeholders.
