We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the Contract/ Legal Administrator position to join our award-winning team. The Contract / Legal Administrator will work directly with our in-house legal team. This role will support contract management efforts, ensure contract compliance, and collaborate closely with team members to maintain consistency throughout all stages of contract execution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and be flexible with daily tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with team members on new tasks
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Well versed in construction contracts, including AIA documents.
  • Experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day contract logistics.
  • Ability to analyze contractual risk and manage contractual compliance.
  • Track and communicate status of contracts both internally and externally with clients.
  • Issue and maintain contracts and subcontracts.
  • Develop specialized contracts and amendments to accommodate diverse contractual relationships.
  • Streamline contract routing process and help implement contract management software and eSignature tools.
  • Work closely with project team to coordinate contract execution and ongoing tracking.
  • Manage relationships with industry partners.
  • Assist with company and employee licensing information.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records of contracts, licensing and state registrations
  • Additional duties as assigned.
