Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Associate, Contract Compliance to join our Legal Department. This position is responsible for supporting and advancing the company’s contract compliance function by ensuring contractual obligations are clearly identified, assigned, tracked, and fulfilled across the organization. This role requires demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting complex lease agreements, credit agreements, and other commercial contracts to translate legal requirements into practical, actionable compliance obligations. The Senior Associate partners closely with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Construction and Operations, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to drive accountability for contract performance, monitor compliance status, and support timely satisfaction of contractual requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. In addition to day‑to‑day contract compliance management, this role plays an integral part in developing, improving, and scaling a structured contract compliance program, including standardized processes, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms. This position is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable working across teams, managing multiple contractual obligations simultaneously, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and process improvements related to contract compliance. Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for project site visits and company gatherings. Location: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $90k - $110k (Offers Bonus)
