We are seeking a Contract & Commercial Enablement Analyst to support the Endoscopy Clinical Research & Medical Science (CRMS) organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a professional, consistent, and compliant experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and partners engaged in consulting, education, and research activities with Medtronic. This is a high‑touch, highly collaborative role . You will serve as the primary liaison across CRMS, Marketing, Legal, and external partners—guiding contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment, while proactively managing details so nothing falls through the cracks. This is a growth role ideal for someone who enjoys asking questions, following up, juggling multiple priorities, and being the “connector” who brings order and clarity across functions.
