About The Position

Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance is seeking experienced housekeeping crews of two or more individuals to clean Short-Term Rentals (STRs). This role requires professional crews with a high standard of cleaning, understanding that STR cleaning is distinct from residential cleaning. The company handles the back-end operations, including dealing with property owners/managers, scheduling, providing software and systems, and managing laundry logistics, ensuring consistent work for the crews. Communication is emphasized, with the company aiming to keep crews informed about schedules, changes, property information, and expectations. The focus is on crews who take pride in their work, are detail-oriented, efficient, and professional.

Requirements

• STR cleaning experience (Airbnb/VRBO/STR turnover experience required).
• Must be a crew of 2 or more individuals who work well together.
• Must be bilingual and able to communicate effectively in English if English is not your first language.
• Must have a good, reliable working vehicle.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Reliability is essential; must be able to meet check-in times.
• Professionalism.
