About The Position
Fresh Start Cleaning is a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning business serving our community and surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining strong communication with our clients. We are looking for dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented professional cleaners to join and grow with our team. We are currently hiring experienced, self-employed house cleaners in the Tacoma, WA area to work as independent subcontractors on cleaning projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough work
- Effective time-management skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed
Responsibilities
- Clean residential properties, including Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move-In/Move-Out Cleans, and Post-Construction Cleans
- Monitor and respond to job requests on a daily basis
- Must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment
- Communicate professionally via phone and email
- Must have reliable form of transportation to and from job sites
- Maintain general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage
- Stand behind your work quality and complete touch-ups if requested
- Present yourself professionally at all times
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
