About The Position

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and actionability of financial and program data for teams across finance, sourcing, and operations. The Contract & Data Integrity Manager will audit contracts, track commissions, manage reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement. It is suited for individuals who enjoy detailed data analysis, problem-solving, and ensuring operational accuracy.

Requirements

Proficiency in auditing contracts, guestroom pickup reports, and program documentation.
Confidence in using Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, for report building.
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks while staying organized, accurate, and calm under pressure.
Experience partnering with finance, sourcing, business analysts, and suppliers to resolve variances.
Capability to take ownership of data integrity, identify process gaps, and improve workflows.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in financial processing or data management, preferably in the meetings, events, or hotel industry.
Solid understanding of meeting spend, cost savings, cost avoidance, and commission tracking.
Experience with Cvent or similar systems for budgets, reporting, and program data management.
Aptitude for training others, sharing best practices, and guiding teams through change.
Strong interpersonal skills for building trust, clear communication, and effective collaboration.
