Position Summary: The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract management, ensuring contract compliance, and working closely with team members to maintain consistency with all contract execution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Well versed in construction contracts, including AIA documents.
  • Experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day contract logistics.
  • Ability to analyze contractual risk and manage contractual compliance.
  • Track and communicate status of contracts both internally and externally with clients.
  • Issue and maintain contracts and subcontracts.
  • Develop specialized contracts and amendments to accommodate diverse contractual relationships.
  • Streamline contract routing process and help implement contract management software and eSignature tools.
  • Work closely with project team to coordinate contract execution and ongoing tracking.
  • Manage relationships with industry partners.
  • Maintain licensing information.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
