About The Position

As a Contract Administrator, you deliver responsive, high-quality contracting support across a wide variety of transactions, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, Operations, and Product. You prepare, edit, and manage agreements that enable client success and help us achieve business objectives. In this role, you grow product and company knowledge while strengthening problem-solving skills in a collaborative legal operations environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of contract administration, legal operations, or commercial contracting experience drafting and redlining NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and software/Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word (track changes), Excel (term matrices), PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) to produce and manage contract documents.
  • Experience to interpret and apply contracting playbooks and clause libraries; deliver accurate documents with minimal rework.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, English, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial services, payments, or technology contracts, including software license and Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription agreements.
  • Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Agiloft) including workflow configuration and template management.
  • Paralegal certificate or World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC, formerly IACCM) Practitioner certification.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and information security clauses, including System and Organization Controls (SOC 2) and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and redline agreements including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, letters, and similar documents to align with standards and negotiated terms.
  • Prepare initial drafts of complex commercial agreements using contracting playbooks and approved clause libraries.
  • Manage and update form contract templates and maintain the clause bank in coordination with Legal.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals across Sales, Finance, Operations, Security, and Product; track decisions and version history.
  • Compare proposed terms to templates; identify deviations, assess risk, and escalate per playbook guidance.
  • Interpret business and legal terms during and after contracting; summarize obligations, deliverables, and key dates for stakeholders.
  • Support Sales to structure and verify contract terms that meet business requirements while managing risk.
  • Ensure final agreements are executed, stored, and indexed correctly in designated repositories; maintain accurate records and metadata.
