Real Estate and Capital Planning at Iowa State University is seeking qualified candidates for a Contract Administrator II to join the Contract Administration team. The Contract Administrator will develop contractual agreements that are compliant with federal and state regulations and will maintain a vendor database of qualified suppliers. This position will lead public meetings, such as pre-bid meetings and bid openings, and will need to maintain close working relationships with management, customers, and other professionals. This position may prepare financial reports as needed. The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to guide a variety of project teams with conflicting interests, needs, or requirements; and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
