Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance/accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management control, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in handling numbers.
• Diplomacy and organization skills.
• Rigorous and methodical work approach.
• Ability to adapt to changes, different contexts, and interfaces with tact and agility.
• High discretion regarding confidential matters.
• Good team spirit for collaboration with colleagues, internal clients, and suppliers across the group.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel indispensable, Google Sheet, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Willingness to develop skills on other interfaces.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of financial information and control of supply flows.
• Model standard material costs and monitor associated variances.
• Ensure the consistency of the valuation of our stock items.
• Act as a finance partner for the SG&A functions (HR, legal, finance, IT, safety, etc.).
• Define and challenge costs during budget exercises and perform monthly budget control.
• Contribute to monthly, semi-annual, and annual closing processes.
• Be heavily involved in budget and reforecast processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects (tools, processes, data) with numerous interfaces (Finance Department, Manufacturing, IT, etc.).
