About The Position

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and sustainment of key continuous improvement initiatives at our Rensselaer, Indiana manufacturing facility. You will coach plant resources, deliver training, and drive adoption of improvement methodologies to reduce costs, improve product quality, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of continuous improvement experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience coaching, training, and influencing employees across multiple levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of implementation plans for critical continuous improvement processes
  • Coach plant team members on improvement methodologies and ensure successful adoption
  • Facilitate project team meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables
  • Implement projects that reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, and increase operational efficiency
  • Track and report cost savings using the Accolade software system
  • Monitor, stratify, and analyze operational losses to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide training and qualify plant resources on improvement methodologies and tools
  • Support financial reconciliation of project spend across multiple cost centers
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
  • Promote adherence to good manufacturing practices including sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
