The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for the continuous development of productivity decks, generating cost reduction opportunities, and implementing process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs. This role will coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain to ensure optimum cost, including purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, research & development, packaging, and engineering. The manager will implement and train MOS & Lean / Six Sigma processes, participate in QRMP yearly audits, and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions. They will also assist with the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards, share and implement best practice initiatives, coordinate the progression of KHMS using TRACC, and develop and maintain performance (KPI) visuals. Ownership of the Priority One system, including user training and project currency, is also a key responsibility. The role involves developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking systems, developing waste analysis for all lines, leading and coordinating 5S initiatives plant-wide, and developing and managing the department’s operating budget. Additionally, the manager will manage and evaluate the Continuous Improvement staff, including performance management and employee development, and partner with business leaders on the implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean).
