This role involves collaborating with Contract Account Leaders to identify and lead projects that enhance the specialized supply chain for VIP customers. The primary goal is to drive continuous improvement for superior execution and an exceptional VIP customer experience. The leader will analyze, design, and implement process improvement projects within the specialized supply chain, utilizing lean and Six Sigma concepts to streamline workflows and improve supply chain performance for VIP customers. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, developing change management strategies, facilitating adoption of new processes, developing performance metrics, and presenting findings to leadership. The role also requires staying updated on best practices in specialized supply chains and recommending solutions for continuous improvement. This position is remote eligible up to 3 days per week.
