The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for developing, leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives and programs across the project. The Lead will work closely with Project Quality Manager & Project management team to analyze and identify areas of improvement, develop strategies, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. They will promote building a strong customer focus on projects, empower and assist teams to solve problems and make fact-based decisions to deliver right the first time. This role will require facilitated resolution of issues, improvements and opportunities across all functions and integrated project teams. The successful candidate will be the enterprise ‘catalyst for change’ and a key technical resource to deliver a highly customized continuous improvement programs, training and mentoring. Advises management of project quality problems and progress. Develops and implements the Continuous Improvement Program for Projects. Carries out Route Cause Investigations (RCA’s) in specific areas as required. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
