About The Position
As a CI Engineer, you’ll lead efforts to improve how work gets done—making processes faster, smarter, and more reliable across the site. This role blends hands-on engineering with change leadership, giving you the chance to influence both operations and culture. You’ll use data, lean principles, and equipment reliability practices to deliver measurable results and long-term improvements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience driving change in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience with process design, implementation, and optimization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve line performance and streamline operations
- Facilitate training, coaching, and workshops to build continuous improvement capabilities across teams
- Support process documentation, standardization, and the successful implementation of new equipment and systems
