About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process optimization initiatives across our operations. This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, driving operational excellence, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, leverage data-driven decision-making, and support the organization's continuous improvement culture through Lean methodologies and change management practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a related role.
Proven experience in process design, process optimization, workflow analysis, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Experience conducting time and motion studies, work sampling, and process measurements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence change across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or service-based environments is considered an asset.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is considered an asset.
Experience with continuous improvement frameworks, operational excellence programs, and change management methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or business intelligence platforms is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement projects from initiation to implementation, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement sustainable process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and reduce waste.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable business results.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data and performance metrics to support decision-making and measure project outcomes.
Utilize statistical and analytical tools to evaluate process performance and identify trends.
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, time studies, and root cause investigations.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and improvement events to engage stakeholders and generate solutions.
Support change management activities by developing training materials, communication plans, and performance measurements.
Prepare and present project updates, findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial models to support improvement initiatives.
Monitor implemented solutions to ensure sustainability and continuous performance improvement.
