About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This salaried position plays a vital role in supporting operational excellence by coordinating and implementing process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and driving lasting efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in windows and doors.
• Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, IT, and operations to improve processes and eliminate non valued adding time
• Support the launch and continuous optimization of key systems such as the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system.
• Document process improvements and standard operating procedures
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements and provide regular status updates to management.
• Assist with troubleshooting process or system issues and recommend corrective actions.
