Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Process Improvement, Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing customer experience, behaviour-based improvement, and change management strategies.
  • Ability to confidently communicate complex information and recommendations to leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service environment is an asset.
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management technology is an asset.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt or change management training is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business process performance process by documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points and opportunities, gathering stakeholder input, and supporting the development of future state processes.
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs; facilitate process discussions and support the successful implementation of improvements.
  • Analyze process performance by gathering business requirements and operational data, supporting process metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and root causes, and recommending opportunities to improve performance.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders in brainstorming sessions focused on process enhancement.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Employ methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure that solutions meet user requirements and operational needs.
  • Develop project plans and support projects to successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation such as process maps, standard operating procedures, work instructions and other materials that help teams understand and consistently execute processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams as they adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure excellent communication and change management in deploying enhancements and new features through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support process governance and system enhancements and identify opportunities for automation and improved use of technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.
