About The Position

This role involves working with the Warehouse and Rewards Club teams to prepare the venue for distribution. Responsibilities include unloading, unboxing, organizing items, and setting up/taking down event-related equipment. The associate will also assist with continuity distribution, respond to radio requests, operate applicable equipment, and maintain event spaces and machinery. Communication with the Warehouse Manager and performing other assigned duties are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Convert and prepare the venue for distribution including, but not limited to, unloading, unboxing and organizing into tubs.
• Set up and take down chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape and other event-related items and equipment (requires frequent heavy lifting).
• Assist with continuity distribution.
• Respond to radio requests for setup, removal and additional stock.
• Operate applicable equipment and machinery (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Clean and maintain event spaces, equipment and machinery.
• Communicate all concerns to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
