About The Position

At Crisis Text Line we believe that every person in crisis deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. Our mission is carried forward by people who lead with empathy, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to one another and the communities we serve. We are building a team of thoughtful, purpose-driven professionals who want their work to matter. Across every role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful impact, collaborate with committed colleagues, and help shape systems, programs, and experiences that strengthen our organization and the people who make our mission possible. If you’re driven by purpose, passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences, and motivated to build programs that empower and develop volunteers over time, this is the place for you. The Continuing Education Program Lead is a key individual contributor within the newly established Learning & Engagement function on the Community & Education team. This role will play a foundational part in shaping how continued learning is designed, delivered, and experienced across our volunteer community. You will build scalable, high-impact education programs that extend beyond core training, strengthening volunteer confidence, effectiveness, and long-term engagement while ensuring a consistently high standard of learning. In close partnership with the Learning and Engagement Manager, you will help audit existing learning initiatives, analyze volunteer feedback and engagement data, and assess unmet learning needs. Together, you will define priorities, establish a strategic roadmap, and bring new programs to life through thoughtful program design, project management, quality assurance, and evaluation.
