About The Position
Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. This is a community-based position providing services in clinic/home settings in PHC Regina. Travel is required to various community/rural sites within Regina PHC Networks. The home base for this position is 204 Wascana Street (Subject to change). Requirements
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Basic - Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Food Safe certificate, where required
- A valid driver's license and a vehicle is required to carry out duties
