Continual Process Improvement Analyst
About The Position
Continual Process Improvement Analyst Crowned Grace International (CGINTL) is seeking a Continual Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst who will develop and deliver training products in Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints. This role involves facilitating improvement initiatives with the C5I leadership team to help achieve the strategic goal of continual performance improvement within government operations. The analyst will also guide the organization in adopting maturity models and will evaluate, streamline, and optimize operational, administrative, and financial workflows within federal government agencies to enhance efficiency and mission readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten (10) Years of Management Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training at Yellow and Green Belt levels.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating improvement initiatives with senior leaders.
- Experience with adult learning and curriculum analysis.
- Eligible for a Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance
Nice To Haves
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Theory of Constraints practitioner credential.
- Experience with CMMI or other capability maturity models.
- Instructional design training or credential.
