Contingent Worker - AR
About The Position
This work assignment is for contingent workers only and is not intended for general applicants or employees. Contingent workers must complete personal information documents and acknowledge the basic policies applicable at Performance Contracting worksites. The assignment description is not comprehensive; requirements and activities may change at any time, with or without notice. Workers are subject to Performance Contracting’s substance abuse program and applicable testing, including pre-assignment, random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion testing. Workers must pass a pre-assignment drug test before starting. For work on qualifying federal or other projects, the branch will verify legal work eligibility through E-Verify. The branch will also ensure completion of safety training required by the jobsite. The worker’s agency must comply with applicable federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity requirements, which may be audited by Performance Contracting.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Minimum experience applicable to each work assignment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-work-assignment drug test.
- Must comply with applicable substance abuse testing and policies.
- Must complete safety training required by the jobsite.
Responsibilities

- Comply with applicable work eligibility verification requirements when assigned to a qualifying project.
