About The Position

Contingent Workers must complete the personal information documents as well as acknowledge basic policies that must be adhered to while working on any of Performance Contracting worksites. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform basic math
• Minimum experience applicable to each work assignment
• Prolonged periods standing or sitting
• Physically able to perform necessary tasks
• May be required to lift, and/or work from heights, if applicable to work assignment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pass a pre-work assignment drug test
• Subject to appropriate substance abuse program and testing (pre-assignment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion)
• If working on a Federal project, or any project on which Performance Contracting’s upstream contract requires E-verify verification of legal work eligibility, obtain verification of E-verification.

• Acknowledge basic policies
• Complete requisite safety training
• Comply with federally mandated requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of the United States, or such other applicable state or locally mandated requirements.
