About The Position

Leidos is seeking a Contingency Sustainment Planner to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract in Hawai’i. This position supports the program's ability to transition from steady-state operations to contingency response across expeditionary and contested environments in the Pacific theater. As the Contingency Sustainment Planner, you will develop sustainment approaches and requirements supporting continuity of operations under changing mission conditions, coordinating with logistics and operational stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Success in this role requires strong sustainment planning fundamentals and the ability to align sustainment concepts with mission priorities and operational timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in contingency and/or crisis planning, sustainment planning, or logistics planning within a DoD, federal, or defense industry environment.
• Working knowledge of DoD contracting and understanding of FAR, DFARS, military, and government regulations.
• Experience identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for logistics or sustainment operations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access required prior to start.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with USPACOM, subordinate Commands, and Pacific/Strategic Partner Nations.
• Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting expeditionary or contested-environment logistics operations.
• Familiarity with DoD sustainment systems, interfaces, and deployment activities across the Pacific theater.
• PMP Certification
