About The Position

Leidos is seeking experienced All-Source Intelligence professionals to serve as senior instructors for the Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) Course Mobile Training Team (MTT) at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. This role demands a high level of subject matter expertise and instructional leadership to deliver advanced training to USAF personnel in the core functions of the Mission Planning Cell, Combat Intelligence Cell, and Squadron Intelligence. This role requires around 50% travel.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance required on day one.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven expertise in USAF All Source Intelligence.
  • Demonstrated instructional experience with a focus on operational readiness.
  • Prior operational deployment experience.
  • Recent hands-on experience in Combat Intelligence Cell, Mission Planning Cell, or Unit-Level Intelligence operations.
  • Proficiency in analog intelligence product development (Charts, RFI trackers, Manual Order of Battle and Disposition of Forces tracking).
  • Ability to travel 50%

Nice To Haves

  • Working proficiency in advanced ISR tools such as MIST, Thresher, Bodhi, iSpy, and FADESHEETS.
  • Weapons School graduate.
  • Experience supporting high-level exercises such as Bamboo Eagle and Red Flag.
  • Experience in exercise scripting and facilitation (White Cell).
  • On-the-Job trainer/evaluator or formal training instructor qualification (ACC Combat Mission Certification Instructor/Evaluator, Tech School Instructor).

Responsibilities

  • Provide worldwide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for intelligence personnel providing intelligence support to operations at the Flying Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, Wing and Task-Force levels.
  • Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum current with operational technology, systems, and tools.
  • Instruct through lecture and hands-on, practical demonstrations of analytic tools and threat knowledge resources (AFTTPs, intelligence community websites, etc.).
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback at the close of training events.
  • Train students in the fundamental aspects of CIN including: Core Air Force mission sets including ISR, Offensive and Defensive Counter-Air, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.
  • ISR assets and collection fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads)
