Nice To Haves

Previous experience in breakfast preparation or baking is a plus (1-3 months preferred)

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake food items for breakfast.
Use kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, stoves, and slicers to prepare daily food items.
Set up and maintain food service areas throughout the meal period.
Prepare for, set up, and clean daily catering and banquet functions.
Clean and sanitize tables throughout breakfast service and reset tables for the evening meal.
Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms and kitchen areas according to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
Operate commercial dishwashers and wash/sanitize pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
Assist with catering setup, delivery, and cleanup.
Receive deliveries and store food items according to HACCP and ServSafe guidelines.
Follow Willow Valley Communities' HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines while operating equipment, transporting food, supplies, and trash, and preparing and serving food.
Complete tasks required by the Daily Sanitation Checklist.
Attend team meetings, in-services, and training sessions regularly.
