We're hiring a part-time Continental Breakfast Attendant to join our team! Working onsite, you will be surrounded by a fun and high-performing team that is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our restaurant operations. As a Bellperson, you will have the chance to interact with diverse clientele and build lasting relationships. Shifts are approximately 6:30am to 10:30am, 4-5 days a week. This position is ideal for someone seeking a consistent morning schedule with afternoons free. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but we're happy to train the right candidate! Requirements

  • Prior hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and in proper uniform, ready for service
  • Set up the breakfast area including tables, linens, signage, and serviceware
  • Brew fresh coffee, prepare hot water for tea service, and set out juices, milks, and alternative beverages
  • Plate seasonal fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, granola, and other continental offerings with attention to presentation
  • Stock condiments, napkins, utensils, and to-go containers
  • Confirm all surfaces, equipment, and serving stations are clean, organized and inviting
  • Greet every guest warmly and offer recommendations on the morning's selections and the local Yountville area
  • Continuously monitor and replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout service to maintain a full and beautiful presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the surrounding area at all times
  • Brew additional coffee and refresh items proactively, never waiting to be asked
  • Address guest requests, allergies, and dietary needs promptly and professionally
  • Communicate any shortages, guest feedback, or maintenance issues to the manager on duty in real time
  • Clear, label, date, and properly store all food items in accordance with food safety standards
  • Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and serving stations
  • Reset the space for its next use
  • Remove trash and recycling and complete the end-of-shift cleaning checklist
  • Note inventory needs and communicate them to the manager before clocking out
