About The Position

This role involves managing and restoring damaged items. Responsibilities include inventory management, packing and unpacking, cleaning and restoration of items affected by soot, smoke, and mold, and deodorizing using specialized equipment. The position also includes maintaining the facility, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order. A key aspect of the role is meticulous documentation and handling of client property with care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Strong basic computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record needed.
• Must pass background check.
• Willing to wear PPE daily.

Nice To Haves

• Restoration experience is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are major pluses.

Responsibilities

• Document damaged items accurately.
• Use digital inventory software.
• Photograph items and condition.
• Pack and label boxes securely.
• Wrap fragile items safely.
• Load and unload moving trucks.
• Transport items to facility.
• Return items after restoration.
• Decontaminate soot, smoke, mold.
• Deodorize items using ozone/hydroxyls.
• Organize the storage warehouse.
• Maintain clean processing stations.
• Inspect tools and equipment.
• Track cleaning supply inventory.
