About The Position

Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ, the sister company of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, specializes in contents restoration — helping homeowners, property managers, and businesses recover after fire, water, or mold damage. We carefully pack out, transport, and store personal belongings while the property is being restored. Many items are also professionally cleaned and returned to clients as part of the restoration process. Our mission is simple: restore what people value most. We work four 10-hour shifts, giving you three-day weekends every week. If you're looking for steady, full-time work with purpose — and a schedule that gives you balance — this is it. You’ll be a vital part of our field team, responsible for packing, labeling, moving, and transporting customer contents with care and accuracy.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
• Physically capable of lifting/moving 50+ lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in organized, high-quality work

Nice To Haves

• Moving, delivery, or logistics experience
• Warehousing/inventory experience
• Construction or restoration labor experience
• Team-based physical jobs experience

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap household or commercial items for safe transport
• Label and log items with attention to detail
• Use dollies, straps, and other tools to move boxes and furniture
• Load and unload trucks and vaults in our warehouse
• Protect floors, walls, and doorways at job sites
• Follow job-specific procedures and safety protocols
