About The Position

SERVPRO Carmichael/Citrus Heights Roseville/E&W Modesto/Manteca is hiring a Contents Restoration Technician! This role involves hands-on work where no two days are exactly the same. The technician will help customers recover after fire, water, smoke, and other property damage. Restoration experience is not required as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be able to follow a process, stay organized, work well with a team, and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack customers’ belongings during restoration projects
• Photograph, label, inventory, and track items
• Carefully wrap, move, store, and return furniture and household contents
• Clean items affected by water, smoke, fire, or other damage
• Keep customer belongings and storage areas organized
• Load and unload company vehicles
• Help set up and organize contents at job sites and in the warehouse
• Use basic software and mobile apps to document work
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements
