About The Position

We are a full-service emergency property restoration company serving the greater San Antonio area. Since 2018, we have helped homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage — handling everything from initial mitigation through final reconstruction. Our contents division is a key part of what sets us apart, ensuring our customers' belongings are protected, cleaned, and returned with care.

Requirements

Professional moving experience required — must know how to properly wrap, pad, and secure furniture and load trucks without causing damage
Experience disassembling and reassembling furniture (beds, tables, cabinets, etc.)
High attention to detail — accuracy in documentation, packing, and handling of belongings is critical
Good attitude, team player, good work ethic and integrity
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working in varying conditions, including homes affected by fire, smoke, or mold
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

IICRC certification a plus, or willingness to obtain upon hire
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks with contents removed from loss-affected properties, using proper techniques to prevent damage
Wrap, blanket, and protect furniture and household items for transport and storage
Disassemble and reassemble furniture and other items as needed for safe moving
Assist with documenting contents being packed, including noting any pre-existing damage
Assist with packing household items into boxes and completing inventory lists using company software
Help clean contents affected by mold, smoke, or fire damage as needed
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Ensure job site safety and organization
