About The Position

We are hiring a Contents Cleaning Technician to help clean, pack, inventory, and restore personal belongings for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial services, move out cleaning, or other professional cleaning environments. We are looking for dependable, detail oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping people during difficult situations.

Requirements

Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or professional cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 pounds
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Clean and restore household items and personal belongings damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold
Carefully pack, wrap, label, and inventory customer belongings
Use specialized cleaning products and restoration equipment
Organize and store contents in warehouse facilities
Photograph and document items using company software
Assist with loading and unloading contents for transport
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards
