About The Position
We are hiring a Contents Cleaning Technician to help clean, pack, inventory, and restore personal belongings for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial services, move out cleaning, or other professional cleaning environments. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping people during difficult situations.
Requirements
- Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or professional cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and restore household items and personal belongings damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold
- Carefully pack, wrap, label, and inventory customer belongings
- Organize and store contents in warehouse facilities
- Photograph and document items using company software
- Assist with loading and unloading contents for transport
