About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and willing-to-learn Contents Cleaning Technician to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. This full-time role involves inventorying, packing, and transporting customer belongings, as well as cleaning and restoring items damaged by water, fire, smoke, and other elements. You will handle various items with care, utilize specialized cleaning equipment, and maintain accurate documentation and a safe work environment. Providing professional customer service in homes and businesses is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in different environments and handling customers’ personal belongings

Nice To Haves

Restoration experience is helpful
Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse, or similar work is a plus
IICRC certifications such as WRT or FSRT are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Inventory, pack, and safely transport customers’ belongings
Clean and restore contents affected by water, fire, smoke, and other damage
Handle furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, and personal belongings with care
Use specialized cleaning equipment and restoration techniques
Organize, label, and track customer contents accurately
Complete required job documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment
Assist with other restoration and warehouse tasks as needed
Provide professional and respectful customer service in homes and businesses
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
