The Content & Talent Coordinator supports end-to-end operations of our content management and talent recruiting teams by handling incoming model requests, maintaining communication workflows, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding processes. This role ensures seamless communication flow, efficient task pipeline management, and comprehensive support for both internal teams and external talent to maintain alignment and meet scheduling requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar talent coordinator role OR relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with proven multitasking experience.
  • Comfortable working in messaging-based workflows and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in administrative support roles.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems (Monday.com, Gmail calendar syncing, Dropbox, Aylo Hub).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable approach to managing multiple essential daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all incoming model requests across messaging channels (primarily WhatsApp) ensuring timely response to all inquiries.
  • Communicate updates to appropriate internal and external teams including calendar updates, content scheduling, and promotional requests.
  • Follow up with models and internal stakeholders when clarification or additional information is required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring monthly alignment meetings with internal teams, external partners, and models.
  • Take comprehensive meeting notes and define clear follow-up action items.
  • Create presentation decks, content outlines, and instructional guides.
  • Assist with backend model recruiting verification tasks including identification validation, profile updates, and status tracking.
  • Initiate verification processes by sending age verification emails to new talent and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Update and maintain accurate talent profile information in Monday.com.
  • Send comprehensive onboarding emails to new models including forms, Dropbox links, and content requirement checklists.
  • Sync model Google calendars to Monday.com and communicate branding guidelines to internal teams.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
