About The Position

With Intelligence, now part of S&P Global, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Support Specialist to join our Events team in New York. This role supports the LP:GP portfolio, a leading US-based events portfolio focused on connecting private market fund managers (GPs) with institutional investors and asset owners (LPs). The Content Support Specialist will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our events, serving as the primary point of contact for speakers throughout the event lifecycle. The successful candidate will also support content development, market research initiatives, and data-driven projects that help shape the future growth of the portfolio. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in event content and conference production. Working closely with the LP:GP content team, the Content Support Specialist will gain hands-on exposure to the full event development process, including agenda creation, speaker recruitment, market research, and audience engagement strategies. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update speaker rosters across the LP:GP event portfolio.
  • Manage all speaker onboarding processes from confirmation through event delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, handling all communications and logistical coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate speaker preparation calls with conference moderators and content leads.
  • Collect and manage speaker assets, including biographies, headshots, presentation materials, and other required information.
  • Update and maintain online event agendas, ensuring speaker information and session details are accurate and current.
  • Track speaker deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support content teams in delivering a seamless speaker experience before, during, and after events.
  • Act as the dedicated onsite contact for speakers during conferences, providing support and managing speaker-related logistics.
  • Responsible for onsite speaker and program management, including managing call times, coordinating with AV teams on presentations and technical requirements, ensuring speakers are fully prepared, and working closely with the wider event team to keep the conference program running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support agenda development and event programming.
  • Undertake research projects related to the private markets industry and the LP:GP audience.
  • Conduct research interviews and calls with industry participants for smaller events within the portfolio.
  • Assist with validating future event concepts, themes, and programming ideas through industry outreach and research.
  • Monitor market trends, investor priorities, and industry developments relevant to the LP:GP community.
  • Support data-related projects across the LP:GP portfolio as required.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis related to speaker engagement, event content, and portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and data teams to support portfolio objectives.
