About The Position

The Content Studio Production Supervisor combines team leadership with hands-on production support across photography and video shoots within the Content Studio. The Content Studio Production Supervisor role ensures assets are produced efficiently, meet brand standards, and align with studio production priorities. Working closely with the Content Studio Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor actively supports production on set while guiding photographers and videographers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality output. This role helps plan and execute studio shoots, lifestyle productions, and company event coverage while maintaining efficient production workflows and consistent visual standards. In partnership with the Content Studio Operations Manager and studio leadership, this position plays a key role in keeping productions organized, resolving on-set challenges, and ensuring reliable asset delivery.

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in photography, video production, creative studio operations, or a related field
  • A portfolio demonstrating photography and/or video production work is required.
  • 5 days per week, on-site in the Content Studio (Tamarac Corporate Office)
  • Typical schedule: 40 hours per week depending on production needs
  • Occasional weekends and off-site events required to support company productions and marketing activations
  • Approximately 5–10%, primarily local for film shoots, store openings, or company events
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs of photography, lighting, and video equipment
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during studio setups and productions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and content workflow tools
  • Experience operating professional photo and video production equipment (DSLR / mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, lighting, and audio equipment)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience with photo and video editing software such as Capture One and DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of studio production workflows, file management, and asset delivery processes
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Photography or Video Production certifications or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience operating professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and studio gear

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily photography and video production operations within the Content Studio, ensuring efficient execution of studio shoots and productions.
  • Provide hands-on production support on set while guiding photographers and videographers to maintain high-quality visual standards and smooth production workflows.
  • Coordinate studio production planning, equipment readiness, and shoot setup including camera systems, lighting, audio, and grip equipment.
  • Adheres to assigned Standard Work and role responsibilities for the position.
  • Collaborate with the Content Studio Operations Manager, Art Director, and cross-functional partners to align production schedules, priorities, and asset delivery timelines.
  • Maintain studio organization, equipment management, and production documentation while supporting workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
