About The Position

Your mission is to be the visionary storyteller and creative engine for Tourmaline Capital Partners’ premier assets. You are an embedded creator who owns the full lifecycle of content and digital presence across multiple flagship properties. Moving fluidly between high-level strategy and relentless execution, you ensure that assets like Esplanade and One South build a highly differentiated digital identity. By immersing yourself in our portfolio, you translate the physical heartbeat of our buildings into a magnetic digital footprint that drives deep engagement, audience loyalty, and measurable asset value. You operate as a true hybrid across strategy, production, account management, and execution. You possess the entrepreneurial drive to manage the total ecosystem of a brand’s social presence, balancing long-term brand building with daily operational excellence. You will travel to each of the six Class A office assets across the country once a quarter to set the stage for quarterly content cycles, with the understanding that the portfolio will continue to evolve and likely expand over time. Your work lives in the daily momentum you create. As an Onsite Ambassador, you manage accounts proactively, curate the portfolio narrative, and handle every production detail with the poise and precision needed to fuel a thriving, high-performance commercial brand.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a content creation role with B2B and B2C brands
  • Technical expertise in video production and editing
  • Motion graphics experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and be proactive without oversight.
  • Travel for on-site production shoots around the United States and NYC
  • Proficient in corporate communication technology such as Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft.
  • Confidence using marketing tools like Marq, Canva, or templated platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-touch, well-executed campaigns.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a cohesive brand identity for assigned sites, ensuring the asset’s story is told with clarity and heart, amplifying its reputation across social channels to turn amenities into essential daily rituals for our followers.
  • Shift the needle on key performance metrics, including positive engagement trends, audience growth, and community interaction across all digital touchpoints.
  • Act as the portfolio-wide resource for production, video, and editing, owning the technical execution and creative soul of every project from short-form social reels to executive interviews and testimonials.
  • Take full ownership of the digital presence for Onsite current and future accounts, managing the posting, engagement, and growth of social channels, ensuring strategy translates into high-impact reality.
  • Travel to properties nationwide to lead on-site production shoots, acting as the eyes and ears of the building, proactively identifying content opportunities and project managing them from capture to publication.
  • Collaborate closely with branding, advertising, and public relations teams, participating in core discussions for each site to ensure video and digital content are woven seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized production calendar and field creative requests with ease, bringing structure to the creative process and ensuring all client needs are met on time.
