About The Position

Agorapulse is seeking a Content Specialist to build and manage its written content engine from the ground up. This new role will be part of a newly structured Content team, reporting to the Head of Content. The ideal candidate will be a proven B2B writer with strong coordination and project management skills, capable of producing a wide range of content in Agorapulse's brand voice. This role requires a strategic, tech-savvy, and creative approach to content creation and management, with a focus on demonstrating best practices to the audience. The Content Specialist will collaborate closely with various internal teams (GTM, Sales, Design, Video, RevOps, Customer Success) and external contractors, and will also manage the team's social media operations.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B writing experience with the ability to bring warmth and personality to topics, including product features.
  • Natural coordination skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both editorial and commercial language, balancing brand voice with ICP reach.
  • Confidence with AI tools, project management principles, CMS, social platforms, and analytics.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Write a wide range of English-language content including blog posts, eBooks, lead magnets, webinars, social media posts, and Thought Leadership posts, maintaining Agorapulse's warm, distinctive voice.
  • Ensure content is grounded in real audience insights by listening to sales and customer calls and meeting with revenue teams regularly.
  • Coordinate multiple content projects across GTM, Sales, Design, Video, and external contractors, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Manage the team's social media operations, including creating and scheduling posts, tracking team output, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance.
  • Refresh blog content with a focus on current audience discovery methods, including AI-powered search.
  • Utilize AI writing and production tools effectively, understanding when human judgment is necessary.
