About The Position

We are seeking a Site Content Publisher who will be responsible for developing and syndicating content across a large network of home services websites. In this role, you will work collaboratively with fellow members of the team and manage a network of site content producers to conceptualize and design content strategies that drive customer acquisition and organic visibility. We are a team of experts who specialize in enterprise, multi-location content development and SEO. We love creating and optimizing content using white-hat SEO practices that help grow our clients' businesses. Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content publishing.
• Strong experience using WordPress for site management.
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS as they relate to publishing content on the web.
• Proficient with Slack/Discord , Trello , and Google Workspace .
• Proven experience working remotely, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting smoothly to changing scopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of creativity and strong marketing instincts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a network of site content producers to ensure high-quality content is consistently produced to support the overarching content strategy.
• Analyze current web content and work with creative and development teams to implement recommended changes. Focus on strategic key phrase placement within compelling copy to maximize indexing, ranking, click-through, and conversion.
• Create original content including necessary keywords, titles, and descriptions to improve organic performance. Implement strategies such as changing keywords, meta tags, website copy, and editorial improvements to meet online objectives.
• Work alongside the SEO Manager and editorial teams to support external link building for web properties to ensure maximum SEO benefit.
• Drive constant quality improvements, establish consistent processes, and generate cost efficiencies.
• Maintain regular communication and interaction with clients. Thrive in a remote environment while staying self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven using video chat and voice channels.
