Reporting to the Director, Member Communications, the Content Specialist Member Experience will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances the overall Member experience across various touchpoints. The Content Specialist, plays a crucial role in maintaining our brand voice, ensuring plain language and consistency in messaging across multiple communication channels. In addition, this role will be responsible for ensuring all member communications are compliant with state and federal regulations with particular attention to accessibility and language accommodations.
