Content Specialist, Long‑Form and Digital Media
About The Position
Do you want to join the team creating the fastest growing legal page on social media? Do you have experience creating engaging content that draws in followers from all around the US? We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. The short form aspect of this position is a hands-on filming, editing, and ideation role — you'll be the person behind the camera capturing authentic, engaging moments, and turning them into scroll-stopping content across our social platforms. We are also looking for someone who is familiar with the production of long form content that can assist our current long form specialist with our growing YouTube channel.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and posting short-form content on all platforms
- Familiarity with longform content creation and production
- Phone videography skills - you know how to frame a shot for shortform and capture genuine moments
- Shortform editing skills – can you take those shots and turn them into engaging viral content
- Are you quick with Capcut and producing edited clips in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated track record of growing social media followings for brands or pages
- Experience producing trend-based and viral-style video content
- Solid understanding of content ideation and planning processes
Responsibilities
- Film and edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist with the development and production of our longform YouTube content
- Capture candid, around-the-office moments with an eye for what makes content shareable and viral
- Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, and content styles and apply them quickly
- Develop and execute a content calendar through proactive ideation and planning
- Test content strategies with the goal of maximizing page growth
- Collaborate on content strategy and bring fresh ideas to the table consistently
