Requirements

  • Minimum five years related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Project management and relationship management experience preferred
  • Solid organization skills; ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and to plan and implement projects even with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Drives testing and analysis to determine opportunities for improving efficiency of marketing operations.
  • Identifies and resolves issues to ensure delivery of content.
  • Defines, plans, coordinates, and implements project plans for content marketing initiatives.
  • Generally, works on less complex projects with the goal of handling more complex projects over time.
  • Ensures projects are aligned with the overall department and MarTech strategy.
  • Leverages data driven analysis to ensure project goals are on track and met.
  • Develops and maintains consultative relationships with marketing and aligned business managers, MarTech, and external vendor.
  • Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues.
  • Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in, as appropriate.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
