About The Position

We're looking for a Content Producer who operates as a true creative partner, not just managing projects but owning outcomes. This role requires a balance of creative instinct, operational rigor, and deep curiosity. Producers at SharkNinja lead projects end-to-end from early research and creative development through production, post, and final delivery. They are responsible for ensuring every piece of content is grounded in product truth, aligned with marketing objectives, and executed at the highest level of quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is motivated by building impactful, performance-driven content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content production (agency, in-house, or production company)
• Proven experience producing commercial, digital, or branded content from concept through delivery
• Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production through post)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors
• Experience with setting up systems and workflows with AI Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle production across multiple content types (broadcast, OTT, paid social, digital)
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, PD, Engineering, and Operations
• Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain momentum throughout all phases of production
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard
• Develop deep expertise in assigned products and categories
• Translate technical product features into compelling, consumer-first storytelling
• Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering to uncover differentiators and ensure accuracy
• Think like a consumer - identifying key problems, insights, and motivations that shape creative direction
• Conduct competitive and category research to inform creative strategy
• Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to differentiate SharkNinja content
• Synthesize research into clear creative inputs that guide scripts, storyboards, and production decisions
• Ensure all creative work supports broader GTM strategies, messaging priorities, and target audiences
• Challenge creative that does not align with brand DNA or product truth
• Track evolving inputs and maintain alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, develop, and refine product demos that clearly communicate performance and differentiation
• Partner with internal demo teams to test, iterate, and pressure-test concepts prior to production
• Ensure demos are visually compelling, repeatable, and effective on camera
• Act as the brand's eyes and ears on set — ensuring storytelling, performance, and execution meet expectations
• Collaborate closely with directors, DPs, and editors to guide creative decisions in real time
• Drive post-production workflows, providing clear direction and feedback through edit cycles
• Ensure final deliverables meet all quality, technical, and distribution requirements
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication across all stakeholders
• Document key decisions, changes, and learnings throughout the project
• Provide clear recaps, timelines, and expectations to ensure alignment and ownership across teams
